The Senior Program Manager will manage the overall program delivery for a dedicated Client. This position will work to define workflows centered around Agile Methodologies and act as a Scrum Master for a team managing Creative Adaptation. Backlog will consist of independent creative deliverables and will work closely with Studio and Creative Production managers. This roll will oversee the overall planning, control, status reporting and delivery of a low to moderately complex projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time, scope, budget and resource requirements.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s degree in related field. A combination of education and work experience can be substituted.
•6+ year’s experience in related field
•Solid understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Sprints and Backlogs. Agile Certification a plus.
•Must have experience in Workfront.
•Strong understanding of job-tracking systems and/ or Project Management software
•Demonstrate a solid understanding of one or more of the following: print production, digital production, reprographics, social media.
•Strong understanding of project management principles
•Demonstrated experience in managing projects of medium complexity to successful completion; able to handle multiple concurrent projects
•Is strong team player
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent attention to detail
•Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
•Proven ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures

•*Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all projects and their status using appropriate technology
•Determine risk and contingency planning for projects
• Analyze work plans to identify issues and barriers
•*Communicate consistently with project stakeholders and executives as appropriate, ensuring deliverables are being met by all team members at all stages of the project
The salary range for this position is $88k minimum - $100k maximum per annum. Compensation varies depending on location, job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
