Country HR Specialist* role is a trusted partner to the Country HR Business Leader, enabling timely, high-quality delivery in various employment matters for assigned groups.

*Please note that this position is fixed term for 2 years.

You will make an impact by:

  • Fulfilling employee-related local requirements for Czech Republic with possibility of supporting other countries
  • Administering local employment documentation and local employee files
  • Facilitating local onboarding, offboarding and leave of absence activities
  • Involvement in other HR processes as required
  • Answering employee questions
  • Partnering with COEs, internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of local HR processes
  • Assisting with culture and engagement actions planning and execution – organizing and administering local cultural, wellness and other employee initiatives
  • Supporting other activities – involvement in international HR projects, market research, information gathering, data analytics, preparation of HR communication, updating HR articles

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of previous Human Resources experience, including employee relations
  • Czech Labor Law and Labor market knowledge
  • Fluency in Czech & English
  • Experience gained in the international organization providing HR operational support
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of HR systems (Workday)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including consultative and relationship management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational skills, strict attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization
  • High level of initiative, enthusiasm, positive can-do-attitude, and professionalism
  • Willingness to grow and develop career in the Country HR business partnering field
