Job description

What success looks like in this role:

The C&B Sr Analyst will support the management of multiple aspects of the company's Total Rewards programs for Unisys in Latin American countries.

C&B Sr Analyst will support the end-to-end planning and execution of compensation budgets and programs for Unisys LAC.

This role will include responsibilities to support and oversee the implementation of Total Rewards programs and initiatives for Unisys LAC.

The scope of the role includes design, implementation, vendor management, communications, and effective collaboration with appropriate functional areas within the company and external consultants and administrators.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Graduated in Business Administration and other similar areas

Fluent English and Advanced Spanish levels.

Large experience in compensation, preferably in a multinational environment.

Strong analytical, mathematical/statistical, data mining and technical skills demonstrated; ability to perform in-depth independent analysis and present findings.

Excellent organizational skills, including strong attention to detail, strong follow-up skills.

Advanced Excel proficiency required.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement program and process management improvements and efficiencies.

Ability to work in a remote team environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop, sell and implement programs, policies and procedures effectively.

Experience with job classification systems and market data analysis and interpretation (Mercer, Hay, Willis Towers Watson, etc.).

Nice to have:

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification, or currently pursuing CCP designation (preferred).

Knowledge in Workday system.
