THE OPPORTUNITY

Title: Global HR Workforce Administration Project Lead

Role type: Fixed term contract until May 2025

Job summary

For a large scale HR Transformation Initiative, we are looking for a temporary Global Workforce Administration Lead to join a project team transitioning and standartising a wide range of services.

Your role in our mission: 

  • Establish, in conjunction with the respective internal leaders, future operational / delivery standards for WFA services, ensuring an aligned approach between internal and external service delivery.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Workforce Administration discipline and related technologies.

  • Guide and coordinate the activities of the regional SME, ensuring a common approach in service transition to the new vendor.

  • Ensure consistency in the future service delivery by aligning, if possible, the processes and services in transition, working in conjunction with the GPOs and the process optimisation workstream.

  • In conjunction with the SMEs and the vendor, ensure that processes in transition are documented. 

  • Help create, based on the output of the service transition efforts, the future roadmap for service and process optimisation.

  • Together with the Change & Communication Workstream, help raise awareness amongst the internal  stakeholders and the HRSD team regarding the new service delivery model and processes. 

  • Provides input regarding the set up of future roles based permissions and security groups, seeking input from the BAU HRSD team as required.

  • Contributes to the deliverables of the Process Optimisation workstream with knowledge and expertise regarding various WFA / Recruitment  / Learning administration processes

  • Support where required the Contact Center Lead, leveraging subject matter expertise in metrics, reporting and data analysis to determine the future BAU metrics and dashboards  

  • Seek opportunities to improve and develop future BAU processes and  procedures, including maintaining Best Practice documentation and communicating changes to appropriate audiences.

  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams and business partners, promoting a customer-centric approach and effective HR service delivery.

  • Contributes to establishing the future vendor monitoring and governance process.

Valued skills and experience:

  • 10+ years of experience is Shared Services / Operations

  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices, with a strong understanding of global HR regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in managing end-to-end HR processes (WFA / Recruitment Admin) and implementing HR system solutions.

  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with changes in global HR regulations, emerging technologies, and best practices.

  • Experience in leading or co/leading  large transitions and / or transformation programmes.

  • Solid understanding of HR processes 

  • Experience in working across regions / on a global scale 

  • Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is desirable
