Your missions

Responsibilities:

  • Develop messages for target audiences to increase engagement in programs and learning opportunities. The Contractor shall:
  • Develop a strategic communication plan that defines the various target audiences, how key content will be delivered, communication channels, frequency and timeframes, and success metrics to track the efficacy of each communication effort;
  • Develop strategic partnership engagement plan to facilitate collaboration;
  • Develop and disseminate branded, Section 508-compliant communication and promotional materials, using plain language and clear communication principles;
  • Monitor the effectiveness of communications campaigns, ensuring that updates are reaching critical audiences and assess challenges and opportunities to strengthen communications;
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between DLS/TWDB and internal and external partners;
  • Support TWDB in describing training activities to internal and external partners at meetings, including providing live demonstrations of eLearning and VR courses.
  • Continually update the status of communication action items, milestones, and deliverables
Pay Range: USD $105,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr. EEO:
