Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Team Assistant to support our dynamic Ready-To-Drink team at Pernod Ricard! This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and seamless collaboration with our HQ departments, external service providers, and suppliers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Support:

  • Manage team agendas and meetings to support managers in maintaining a smooth workflow.
  • Act as the go-to contact for cross-functional coordination between departments.
  • Organize travel and logistics for team members in accordance with company policies.
  • Lead relocation and onboarding support for new team members.
  • Organize and coordinate team events, receptions, and company initiatives.

Administration:

  • Handle postal mail, manage documentation, and maintain archives.
  • Coordinate and manage various administrative tasks to ensure day-to-day efficiency.

Events & Moments of Convivialité:

  • Maintain the annual calendar for team events and key occasions.
  • Collaborate with Directors to organize special team moments and employee events.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to foster a spirit of conviviality.

Activity & Budget Follow-Up:

  • Support accounting activities by managing invoices, POs, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with budget tracking and supplier management.

Ad Hoc Projects:

  • Organize events within approved programs and participate in project teams as needed.
👥 Your Profile:
  • Education: Bac+2 minimum.
  • Experience: 4-6 years in a similar position.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); Knowledge of Concur is a plus.
  • Additional Plus: Experience in designing visual presentations in PowerPoint.
