Our engineering teams are central to delivering innovative solutions across various practices. These teams consist of Product Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and engineer squads. Each squad is aligned to a specific practice, such as Cloud and Security or IoT, while Scrum Masters work across multiple squads. This collaborative structure ensures that we leverage diverse expertise to drive business growth and meet customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities:As a Scrum Master, you will be part of one of our two engineering teams and will run sprints for multiple squads. You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and engineering squads to facilitate Agile processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Your role will involve managing sprints, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
