Our engineering teams are central to delivering innovative solutions across various practices. These teams consist of Product Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and engineer squads. Each squad is aligned to a specific practice, such as Cloud and Security or IoT, while Scrum Masters work across multiple squads. This collaborative structure ensures that we leverage diverse expertise to drive business growth and meet customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master, you will be part of one of our two engineering teams and will run sprints for multiple squads. You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and engineering squads to facilitate Agile processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Your role will involve managing sprints, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage sprint execution.
  • Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritise the backlog.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Track and manage progress using Jira.
  • Support team building and collaboration
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in technology.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience using Jira for project management.
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with software development processes.
  • Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus.
