About the Job
  • Analyses and maintains organizational development programs and systems,  including early career talent development, that are applied globally. Contributes to the design and execution of organization development management strategies, processes, tools, and communications tied to these programs. (40%)
  • Contributes to process improvements. In partnership with the People Analytics team, recommends ways to identify trends and report gaps. (40%)
  • Partners with other HR professionals to develop, assess, facilitate and/or lead organizational development initiatives, programs, and processes to support business objectives and strategy implementation. (10%)
  • Other duties as assigned.

About You
  • Bachelor or university degree, Preferred in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Five to seven years of experience
  • Deep knowledge of people management practices
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
