We're looking for an experienced Consultant to join our Professional Services - AMS team. Reporting to the Manager Professional Services, you'll be responsible for:
- Be a customer's 'Go-To' resource for all matters related to their ZS deployment
- Deliver best practices guidance for managing ZS deployment.
- Help with customer specific requirements and provide solutions.
- Answer questions about the product capabilities, features and configuration.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8+ years' experience for this role in similar positions (Professional service consultant, Network/Security specialist, Technical Account Manager, Support/Escalation Engineer or a SOC Engineer).
- You will follow a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance as determined by leadership.
- You will be an individual contributor. However, as an IC, you are expected to play a crucial role as a team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience deploying, maintaining or troubleshooting networking, firewall and security solutions in enterprise environments is important. Experience with Zscaler solutions – ZIA, ZPA
- Experienced in Network and Security solutions and customer facing/field role.
- Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP and MS Active Directory
- Knowledge of solutions built on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and other leading cloud platforms
- Knowledge of Hypervisors: VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM
- Industry certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo.
