We’re looking for a product manager who is passionate about understanding member needs and will lead the development of next gen mobile app and AI experiences that have a direct, transformative impact on our member’s lives.  As a Senior Product Manager in our Program Group - Adoption, you will be responsible for developing product features that solve important member problems/challenges, drive member adoption and increase user engagement with the Virta app, and research and test features and workflows that help members plan and succeed in adopting Virta’s lifestyle towards better health. 

You will develop and test hypotheses to deepen the adoption and engagement of Virta’s member base. You will manage the direction and execution of a cross functional product development team, and play a critical role in setting company-wide strategy to scale our treatment with clinical and operational department leads.  This is one of the highest impact positions at Virta - the decisions you make and products you build will have a direct impact on both the member experience and Virta’s business.

Responsibilities
  • Ideate and execute the product vision by defining the roadmap for our mobile app and internal tools, setting priorities and guiding the products to success.

  • Champion personalization through exceptional, tailored experiences that drive behavior change and engagement of our members.

  • Drive with data and empathy by utilizing user insights and data analytics to enhance the member app experience, ensuring it meets the needs of our member personas.

  • Foster collaboration by leading and working with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, Applied AI, Insights and Analytics, and care teams, to bring your product vision to reality.

  • Innovate from concept to launch, using experimentation and iteration to scale apps and tools that delight users.

  • Write clear and detailed PRDs and briefs that communicate the feature's purpose, market potential, success metrics, and the tasks needed for efficient and effective development and iteration.

Must-Haves
  • A passion for creativity, innovation and building great products for behavior change and social impact. 

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management, or related product development role.

  • Experience in experimentation (A/B, etc), prototyping, and hypothesis testing.

  • Ability to analyze user data and product analytics to extract business requirements and drive delightful usable member experiences

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity driving 0 to 1 product development. 

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

  • Experience shipping consumer-facing applications with a focus on behavior change is a plus

  • Experience working with AI products in a consumer application is a plus

Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
