Your missions

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.

About the Role

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

We are seeking a driven and analytical Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical function in optimizing our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and processes. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient workflows, data modeling, and reporting. As a Revenue Operations Manager with a deep understanding of Sales processes, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between sales and systems engineering. You will leverage your knowledge of prospecting, opportunity management, quote-to-cash, and forecasting to ensure that our GTM systems are aligned with business needs and provide the necessary tools and data to support sales success.

This is a full-time position based out of our Denver or Oakland offices or Remote in the US.

What You’ll Do

  • GTM Systems Optimization: Design, implement, and maintain efficient GTM systems, especially Salesforce, to support sales operations and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Data Modeling: Develop robust data models and reporting structures to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales trends, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Process Design: Create and optimize end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to forecasting, to ensure alignment with company goals and streamline workflows
  • Systems Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Systems Engineering to ensure that GTM systems are configured and maintained effectively. Work with Systems Engineering to identify and implement system enhancements that support sales operations and improve efficiency
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with GTM leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions
  • Project Management: Manage projects related to GTM systems and process improvements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • Experience managing a complete revenue tech stack, including tools for prospecting, call coaching, quote to cash, sales engagement and forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify root causes for systems/process challenges
  • Understanding of UAT best practices

Optional Bonus Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration and configuration
  • Proven ability to design and implement efficient business processes
  • Experience with data modeling and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with SQL
