Your missions

Position Summary

This position leads a team of coordinators that are responsible for processing rebates and contract updates. Candidate will need to facilitate and prioritize multiple initiatives with the team and with our customers while developing stronger relationships with them.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor key metrics and manage team to achieve performance standards for quality, accuracy, customer experience, team productivity.
  • Supports team members in resolving critical issues to avoid impacting customers.
  • Reviews rebate batches for anomalies prior to final submission to reduce first pass errors.
  • Serves as a point of contact for our Vendors & Distributors to discuss their needs and concerns.
  • Manage a mixed team of domestic and international employees effectively.
  • Validate escalated requests and triage them to optimize workflow.
  • Assign and monitor one-off projects to the team as needed.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline rebate management, reduce errors, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain rebate tracking tools, reports, and analytics to provide insights into program effectiveness.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement in contract and rebate management.
  • Subject Matter Expert in manufacturer rebates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
