Job description

Talent Assessment Specialist

Join a top-performing, best-in-class Talent Acquisition team for one of our Financial Services clients across the EMEA region as a Talent Assessment Specialist. This role, based on a mid-shift schedule, will help you source talent for critical business vacancies, focusing on senior and niche positions.

You will play a key role by providing expertise in active sourcing, conducting phone screenings, and collaborating with colleagues and hiring managers.

What you’ll do:
  • Leverage your skills in active sourcing, reviewing skills qualifications, paper, and phone screening to help us find the best talent 
  • Use variety of Applicant Tracking Systems to support talent searches 
  • Build, nurture and grow your strategic talent pools
  • Deliver market insights and analysis to your key stakeholders. 

  • You’ll be someone who can bring:
  • Proven years of experience working in Recruitment Research, Mapping, Lead Generation, Talent Pooling, End-to-End recruitment, gained from either an RPO, internal, or executive search firm in an international market 
  • Expert level skills in active candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches 
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong technology / technology / financial / risk / investment banking recruitment experience etc.,preferably within the EMEA region
