We are seeking a dynamic and experienced YouTube Manager, with a keen eye on SEO and YT Tools experience, to lead our content strategy and execution on YouTube, specifically within the iGaming and poker sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a streamer and content writer, with a deep understanding of the poker community and its culture. This role requires a creative visionary who can engage audiences, drive growth, and enhance our brand presence on YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive YouTube content strategy that aligns with our brand goals and resonates with the poker community. This includes educational content, live streams, player interviews, and entertaining narratives that highlight the excitement of poker and iGaming.
Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant community by interacting with viewers, responding to comments, and encouraging user-generated content. Develop initiatives to increase viewer participation and loyalty.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to optimize content and drive engagement. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve viewer retention.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and other departments to promote YouTube content across various platforms and maximize reach.
Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in the iGaming and poker industries, as well as YouTube best practices, to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a content creator, streamer, or writer in the iGaming or poker industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software and familiarity with YouTube analytics tools. Ability to create engaging video content that captures the essence of poker/gaming with Crypto
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories that resonate with the audience.
Passion for Poker: A genuine passion for poker and gaming and a deep understanding of its culture, trends, and community dynamics
Team building: Have the ability to build a team that works around you and complements your skillset whilst leading them to build the greatest YT channel there is in Gaming
