Our current technology stack includes NodeJS with Typescript, Ruby, Postgres, Google Cloud Platform, and FreeSWITCH.

Job Responsibilities Hiring and managing a team of engineers.Work with leadership to shape and refine the product vision and technical architecture for Orum and communicate those to your team.Defining, planning, and delegating engineering tasks to be done, and communicating needs, expectations, or progress with stakeholders across the company.Enabling the engineers in your team to do the work by reviewing, coaching, providing feedback, problem-solving, and removing roadblocks.Setting a high technical standard, and coaching your team to consistently meet those standards.Must HaveYou are based in the USA. This position is not open to other countries at this time.You have 3+ years managing an engineering team that have shipped a high-value SaaS product.You value engineering rigor - simple, well-factored, well-tested code - and know how to coach other engineers on those skills.You care about coaching and growing engineers.You have experience with TypeScript/NodeJS/Linux stack.You have experience working with an RDBMS using SQL.Nice to HaveExperience at a startup or high-growth companyExperience with cloud infrastructure programming with AWS, GCP, or AzureBenefits
