About The Role
In this role, you will be working primarily with our Laundroworks team that is at the forefront of digitizing self-service laundry facilities. We develop an NFC-based payment system, wrapped in real-time connectivity and supported by advanced management software.

We develop and manufacture the technology in-house: Connected reader modules that control the laundry machines, payment kiosks, management software, and novel NFC-based Tap-to-Pay Apps. We also develop in-house management and ERP systems to streamline our operations.

As our Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in managing order processing and ensuring we provide a world-class customer experience. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to work closely with the production team and customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Configure incoming orders for complex machinery into production-ready work orders in our internal ERP system.
  • Production Coordination: Communicate order requirements and priorities with the production supervisor
  • Procurement: Create and manage purchase orders with multiple third-party suppliers to maintain production inventory
  • Customer Enrollment: Enroll new customers and locations into our SaaS systems
  • Customer Support: Use your in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in placing orders for the correct systems and parts. 
  • Order Inquiries: Respond to order-related inquiries in a time manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of orders, customer interactions, and production schedules within the ERP and SaaS systems
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the order processing workflow to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • You adapt quickly and value collaborationYou are tech-savvy and navigate internal tools and customer communications quickly. 
  • Prior experience with Point-of-Sale software, Payment Systems or Customer Service is a plus.
