SAP TM Transportation Management - Client & Project: We are seeking a GSC TM Functional Consultant for the SAP S/4 implementation 

Responsibilities: 
•    As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using your in-depth knowledge of SAP for Mining. You will collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. 
•    In this role, you are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions. 
•    You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. 
•    Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. 
•    Advanced proficiency in SAP for Mining is required. 
•    Intermediate proficiency in Requirements Analysis, and Solution Architecture, as well as Advanced proficiency in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM), are recommended. 
•    Develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements and drive business value Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve solutions

•    SAP TM Configuration: Proficiency in configuring SAP TM modules.
•    Integration Expertise: Ability to integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules such as SAP SD, SAP MM and SAP EWM, as well as third-party systems (3PL).
•    Master Data Management: Knowledge of SAP TM master data setup: transportation network, resources, default routes, freight agreement, calculation sheet, rate table, etc.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, production, warehousing and IT to ensure seamless integration of SAP TM with other business processes.
•    Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues related to SAP TM configuration, data integrity, system performance, and integration points.
•    Industry experience needed? Experience in mining industry is a plus.
