  • Create exceptional patient enrollment experiences and share insights with your peers
  • Evangelize program benefits and the impact it will have on member health
  • Deliver value to our partners and strengthen relationships through feedback, communication, and collaboration
  • Gather patient insights on enrollment experience in order to outline areas of growth and opportunity

What we expect from you:

  • Proven adaptability in a high-volume call space with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve call metrics.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to explain the program offered in an informational, influential, concise, and personable manner
  • Articulate a warm and professional etiquette when speaking on the phone to patients
  • Possess high-quality data entry skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Natural ability to express empathy with a patient-focused mindset and engagement
  • Experience in cross-selling or upselling services
  • Ability to be creative in delivering education to patients while tailoring to showcase the benefits of the smartphone application.

What you’ll get in return:

  • Full-time employment
  • Competitive compensation based on experience
  • A dedicated wellness program, including support from an in-house psychologist
  • Attractive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options based on location
  • Access to free posture-based fitness workouts from home
