3-5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, Experience with expense reporting, Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Certina, Salesforce experience required, Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Key responsabilities:
- Reconcile credit card charges and invoicing
- Maintain and organize reconciliation documentation
- Conduct timely accounts receivable collections
- Monitor weekly AR reports for healthy balances
- Assist in other departments as needed
