Your missions

CONSULTANT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE FULLY ON SITE FOR THE MIDNIGHT SHIFT
(12MN TO 8AM).

Lynx Technology Partners is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our 24/7 support team. The selected candidate will provide technical support and services for computer hardware and software used by our client. This position will primarily support the Rail Control Center (RCC), Power Control Center (PCC), and Backup Rail Control Center (BRCC), ensuring that critical systems are operational and maintained effectively.

  • Proficient with computer hardware, Symbol handheld devices, printers, digital senders and peripherals.
  • Proficient with Unix, Microsoft Windows XP/7/10/11, and Windows Server, Mobile desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Suite, email, and Network Printing.
  • Proficient with Apple Operating Systems.
  • Experience with Service Now
  • Experience with Oracle client-based applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory.
  • Experience with Cisco networking devices.
  • Experience with Ethernet cabling.
  • Familiar with networking protocols like TCP/IP, multicast, and networking concepts.
  • Experience with Visio/ CAD and technical drawing is desired.
  • Experience with Unix, Linux and Solaris is desired.
  • Good interpersonal, strong oral and written communication skills.



Requirements
Experience in investigating, analyzing, designing, developing and evaluating procedures and requirements for enterprise's IT systems. Red Hat Linux, Microsoft Windows, Oracle Solaris, Microsoft Office, VMware environment

24x7 - Midnight to 8am​
