Job description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of roles, with a focus on both technical (software development, IT) and non-technical positions.
  • Utilize recruiting tools, databases, and social media to actively source candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with a distributed team and effectively manage communication across different time zones.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in recruiting, especially related to technology roles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting or HR.
  • Strong English language skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Solid understanding of software development technologies and industry trends, with the ability to assess candidates for technical roles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
  • Agile, adaptable, and able to handle changing priorities and roles.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative without requiring continuous guidance.
  • Open to feedback and committed to professional growth.
