As a Team Lead in our Boards group, you will build, guide and mentor a talented team, contributing directly to the development of our flagship product. Your leadership will help shape and drive the evolution of our architecture and engineering practices to support the ever-growing scale of our users, features, and data.


About The Role

  • Grow, lead, and mentor a team of talented engineers.
  • Enhance monday boards to create a dynamic, customizable building blocks to supports any application.
  • Evolve our architecture and engineering to support the ever growing scale of users, features and data.
  • Build and design delightful, high-performing user interfaces, while ensuring an exceptional user experience.
  • Our stack - React, Redux, node.js

Requirements

  • Experience managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish
  • Extensive experience with frontend development, particularly in designing and maintaining scalable, high-performance building blocks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset, including strong analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven experiences
  • Adept at working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
