About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Supply Planner to look after the production and distribution of our milk based beverages. You will be responsible for creating and managing the Production Schedule on a daily basis to achieve the customer service promise while minimising costs.

You will partner with key stakeholders in operations and logistics to ensure efficiency in the overall production to delivery process. The role is extremely fast paced and usually handling multiple competing priorities, requiring resilience and attention to detail on a daily basis.

The role will be based at our Wetherill Park site, with the flexibility to work from home if required.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and release Production Plan and chair the Supply Review for the site

  • Work closely with Manufacturing to manage the daily schedule

  • Daily reporting and root cause analysis of issues (DIF & Dated), escalation of relevant issues

  • Management of Finished Goods stock levels at production site and Regional DCs

  • Responsible for communicating to key stakeholders (Demand, Materials, Operations and Logistics) any changes to plan

  • Maintenance of relevant Master Data to support the supply planning process

About you

  • Experience as a production planner within FMCG

  • Practical understanding of the Demand, Supply and S&OE disciplines with a Continuous Improvement mindset

  • A ‘Can Do’ attitude with a high level of resilience for fast paced environment coupled with strong analytical skills, rational decision making, negotiation skills 

  • Very strong communication skills with an ability to develop relationships and engage with your key stakeholders.

  • Proficiency using technology tools that enable planning and reporting – SAP, MS Excel, PowerBI

Our Wetherill Park site in Sydney is our Milk Based Beverages hub for the eastern seaboard. This state-of-the-art facility produces 75 million litres of some of Australia's most loved dairy products including Dare Iced Coffee, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Big M.
