Partner with the best

The Program Manager leads the multifunctional team to execute the assigned programs and to achieve the product requirements on budget, on schedule and in compliance with the Product Specification.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensures successful, end-to-end delivery of a project or a program through ongoing client engagement, partnering with technical teams internal and external to the initiative, and coordination of all required activities and milestones. Involved in projects prioritization and initiation, responsible for definition of and compliance with project management methodologies, performing regular tracking and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification.
  • Applies existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems or processes. Viewed internally and externally as a specialist in the discipline.
  • Presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
  • Communicates solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelors or Masters in Engineering with 5 years relevant experience in Program/ Project  Management or closely related field
  • Have significant work experience in the area of Engineering and Project Management or equivalent
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze complex issues and decompose these into a manageable set of tasks
  • Demonstrate experience of leading projects with global teams
  • Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems
  • Be able to speak fluent English
