SUMMARY

Wiz is looking for a senior leader to join our Channels & Alliances team. Your key responsibilities include strategic partnership with our executives, project management, team coordination, and enhancing operational efficiency. This person will be an extension of the VP, Channels & Partners, and will own a variety of projects, ranging from solving operational issues to driving alignment and execution on critical initiatives. You will increase the team's efficiency by helping prioritize meetings and communication to continue to promote high-performing teams. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Partner with Channel & Alliances leader to:

  • Help define and deliver against a multi-year growth plan for the Channels and Alliances function
  • Partner with Channel & Alliances leaders for the regions as we roll out comprehensive multi-route to-market models (VAR, CSP, and GSI) that create incremental revenue streams for Wiz  
  • Help define first-party service offerings for AWS and Microsoft, along with the associated Cloud and Marketplace teams 
  • Build out and help define and develop the multi-year strategy for Global Systems Integrators' business line
  • Partner with the Channel solution architect team in building partner advanced & adoption services 
  • Define and execute on the annual operating & capacity planning for the Global Alliances and Channel functions 
  • Support and advise on the introduction of new co-sell, influence, and managed services programs 
  • Develop standard QBR templates and partner with the operations team for data & analytics 
  • Validated ability to organize and lead diverse, highly complex projects/programs and ensure effective collaboration and communication across business and technology partners 
  • Be a thought partner to the Global Channels leader on critical decisions, particularly regarding strategies to deliver excellence across our projects and secure new business partnerships aligned with our growth plan
  • Play an integral role in shaping and executing our long-term strategic plans, aligning goal setting, metrics, and measurement across cross-functional teams, and monitoring progress
  • Collaborate closely with our Global Channels Leader and executive channels leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that foster our organization's growth and impact 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 10+ years of program management experience in Channel leadership or individual contribution 
  • Proven project management acumen with a track record of effectively leading multifaceted initiatives
  • Profound analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to build content & professional decks in Microsoft PPT, SharePoint, and Google  
  • Experience working on enterprise technology or software development initiatives with business-wide scope and impact 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as IT, HR, Legal, and Operations to achieve comprehensive cybersecurity coverage
  • Adaptability: Quick to adapt to new technologies and methodologies to keep the organization secure in an ever-changing threat landscape
  • Experienced people leader with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to effectively communicate technology and cybersecurity risks and recommendations to executives
  • Team player with a collaborative working style
  • High attention to detail, processes, and organization
  • Demonstrated experience presenting detailed and complex go-to-market concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Forward-thinking, results-oriented, values collaboration, self-motivated, and willing to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment
  • A teammate and change champion with a bias for action (validated experience of leading others to think and act differently according to business needs)
