Requirements
ABOUT YOU
- You enjoy challenges, and a fast-paced environment feels like home to you. With about 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience under your belt, youâre confident in your ability to hire the best across different marketsâincluding at least one outside the Czech Republic.
- Youâre excited by the variety and always up for trying something new. Your strengths in critical thinking, active listening, and clear, confident communication make you someone people naturally turn to for advice.
- We donât expect you to know everything or to be perfect. Weâre excited to see you grow with us.
- Organization and prioritization? Youâre a pro at keeping things on track. And while you donât need to be a math wizard, being comfortable with numbers definitely helps.
- You need to be very well organized and know how to prioritize your work efficiently.
- Youâll be using English daily in this role, so being proficient and comfortable with it is key. Weâre not looking for perfectionâjust someone who enjoys communicating in English and is excited to work in a multilingual environment.
