Job Description & Key Responsibilities of this Role: 

This new role will be integral to our growth trajectory. If you’re excited about working in a fast-growth startup environment on cutting-edge products that can impact how healthcare is delivered, then this is the role for you. You will be responsible for establishing our credentials in B2B2C and B2C markets. The key responsibilities of this role are as follows: 

  • Plan & deliver on our performance marketing strategy, with the objective of growing the business through new customer/ lead acquisition. 
  • Ensure a rolling digital/ marketing plan is being followed at all times and that our plans align to agreed business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to help execute creative and impactful campaigns. 
  • Work with our agency partner to ensure demand is being driven and that   ongoing optimisation of our websites is being done. 
  • Work with our agency partner to strategise around effective  PPC advertising execution,  (localised and national), optimisation and reporting. 
  • Work with our agency partner to ensure  demand is being driven via social media advertising,and we’re effectively  optimising and reporting on this on an ongoing basis.
  • Have the ability to understand our product mix, how it’s performing, what advertising activities are working, and where opportunities lie for growth. This applies to all of our paid and non paid advertising channels e.g. Social, Search, Display, Organic, Email. Work in partnership with our product & clinical teams to identify and target new audiences. 
  • Manage monthly & annual budgets for the B2C channel in line with our go-to-market strategy. 
  • Have an unwavering desire to track all campaign activity, troubleshooting issues as and when they come up. 
  • Define reporting and dashboard requirements and proactively communicate campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders in the business. 
  • Obsess over key KPIs like CPA’s, ROI, & Customer LTV to deliver strong results. 
  • Manage creative/ copy requirements for ad content across all B2B2C and B2C channels. 

Candidate Requirements: 

Your natural habitat is a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. You will display creative and analytical problem-solving skills with an unrelenting passion to achieve revenue targets. You will also have an ability to attain stakeholder ‘buy-in’ for your performance marketing vision, along with a desire to lead a small team initially. Other key requirements include: 

  • Marketing/ Business/ Digital Marketing/ Data 3rd Level Degree, or related field. 
  • At least 3/4 years’ experience in a data driven, digital marketing position. 
  • Experience dealing with C-Level/SMT & product team members. 
  • Strong knowledge of all the core systems required to do this job - GA, GTM, GoogleAds, Data Studio, G-Suite, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, some CRM related applications (Hubspot/ Zendesk/ Intercom, etc), Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Experience executing campaigns via most of these channels:- SEO, PPC, social media advertising, programmatic display, native, email/ CRM, digital video, digital audio, other traditional marketing channels. 
  • Obsessed with performance metrics & comfortable with data. 
  • Experience working for a global tech provider achieving revenue targets would be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in the healthcare/ medical industry would be beneficial, but not essential. 
  • Excellent communication and prioritisation skills are a must, along with superb attention to detail. 
  • Excellent listening skills & fluency in the English language, both written and spoken. 
  • Comfortable working in a team, but takes personal responsibility for their own success. 
  • Willingness to work remotely, but also happy to work the odd day in a shared office space in Dublin if required.
