The Motor Vehicle Assessor role will be varied and stimulating from day one. You'll be reporting into the Head of Assessing and Repair, with the autonomy to apply your expert knowledge, strengthen our supplier relationships, and deliver positive outcomes for our customers. 

What you’ll do:

  • Desktop assess our customer’s vehicles to ensure the best claims outcomes
  • Audit claims to ensure that our customer’s vehicle are repaired to the highest standards
  • Review third party demands to ensure that they are reasonable
  • Support the claims team by being an expert technical resource
  • Manage your own workloads

What you’ll need:

  • A relevant trade qualification
  • Experience as a motor assessor
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive, customer focused, ethical mindset
  • The desire to progress your career

What we’d like:

  • Certificate IV in Vehicle Loss Assessing
  • Evidence of continual professional development
  • Industry leading technical repair knowledge
  • Operational experience of using AudaNet
  • Experience within the Australian market
  • Experience of completing quality control audits
  • Experience of leading teams (or the ambition to do so)

Location:

This is a national role based in Australia, offering flexibility to work remotely or from one of our office hub locations in Sydney, the Sunshine Coast, or Melbourne.
