Product Marketing Specialist

Fixed term contract

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you'll lead the product launch strategy and drive targeted audience outreach for our Technology client, ensuring their go-to-market success. You'll define the product's voice and build a loyal following, collaborating with a wide range of teams.

On the regional team, you'll coordinate marketing campaigns, support partners, and execute multi-channel strategies. Your expertise in crafting a compelling product vision and creating impactful content will be critical. You'll identify the most effective channels and drive integrated marketing efforts to fuel product growth and success.

Role:

  • Lead product launches:
    • Own the end-to-end launch process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product roadmap and launch strategy.
    • Establish efficient GTM operations to enable rapid product launches.
    • Work with creative agencies to localize launch assets for country teams
    • Manage launch timelines, track progress, and coordinate with country and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
    • Conduct and coordinate rigorous pre-launch scaled testing and channel feedback to product and engineering teams.
    • Partner with User Research to gather insights and conduct competitive analysis to inform launch strategy and positioning.
  • Build product advocacy:
    • Develop and implement scalable playbooks to achieve marketing and product education goals.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Contribute to content creation for targeted outreach initiatives, driving product usage and awareness in alignment with regional goals.

You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with 3+ years of work experience in growth marketing, brand marketing, advertising, project management, product marketing, consulting, or equivalent fields.
  • Experience in tech industry roles and/or start-ups is a plus.
  • Demonstrated record of analytical success, with a capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
  • Able to work independently through ambiguity and strong problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions.
  • Effective leadership and project management skills to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Deep interest and passion in Generative AI; curiosity to learn new concepts and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and distill data into actionable insights and drive relevant product improvements.
  • Comfortable working effectively across different time zones and cultures to achieve shared objectives.
  • Strong ability to lead through influence at all levels, engage in debates and storytelling, and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills.
