What you will do: 
We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Content Creator to join our Social Media Team. This role is pivotal in driving our brand's online presence by developing engaging, visually compelling content that resonates with our audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to produce high-quality content that captures attention and drives engagement.
  • Content Creation: Develop and design daily visual content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, animations, and other multimedia elements.
  • Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the social media team to align content with the overall strategy and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Video Editing: Produce and edit short-form video content, incorporating music, subtitles, and other dynamic elements to enhance viewer engagement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
  • Agility: Quickly adapt to emerging trends and platform updates, ensuring that content remains fresh and innovative.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other content creation platforms to produce visually appealing and brand-aligned content.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work closely with other team members, including social media managers and designers, to brainstorm and execute content ideas.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Analyze performance metrics to refine and optimize content, ensuring it meets engagement and brand awareness goals.
  • Other accountabilities as Assigned
How you will grab our attention: 
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Canva, video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Creativity: Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills with a deep understanding of how to engage audiences through content.
  • Social Media Savvy: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and their specific content requirements.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and implement new tools, techniques, and trends in social media.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in both content creation and editing.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey brand messaging.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
