Job Summary

Liberty Dental Plain is seeking a skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer to join the team!

The RPA Engineer will be responsible for independently designing, developing, and configuring simple to complex multi-system RPA (robotic process automation) solutions.

This position requires an energetic and experienced technology professional with a “can do” attitude.

 

Job Summary:

  • Independently design, develop, and configure simple to complex multi-system RPA business process and requirements documentation.
  • Work directly with the end user community to understand requirements and data flows, articulating solutions, risks, and challenges.
  • Design and develop a system to monitor and report on bot performance, working across various functions to get success utilization close to 100 percent.
  • Schedule and run RPA processes to ensure stability of environment.
  • Solve problems that arise in daily running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation, as needed.
  • Design RPA solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions (Robotic Operating Model).
  • Configure new RPA processes using efficient, well-structured, and maintainable workflow principles.
  • Create RPA solution design documentation aligning with business requirements and stakeholders.
  • Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
  • Work within project planning timelines and constraints, communicating identified risks and issues to management accordingly.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in robotic process animation or related field

 

 

 

Specific Skills/Knowledge:

  • Experience in the Healthcare industry (preferably in dental is a plus
  • Hands-on experience on RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Kofax RPA
  • Excellent Bot debugging skills
  • Experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net
  • Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language)
  • Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects
  • Experience developing and consuming APIs
  • Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Understanding of workflow-based logic
  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
  • Ability to work through ambiguous situations
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $120,000 - $140,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at Liberty, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.  In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer.  Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.  Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
