Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking drivers and vehicles in real time via multiple software systems, assisting clients and drivers, and handling dispatch and scheduling tasks. The ideal candidate must excel with technology, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track drivers and vehicles in real time using multiple software systems.
  • Coordinate dispatch and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient operations.
  • Assist clients and drivers with any issues or concerns.
  • Solve problems quickly and efficiently, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Excel in using technology and multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • Maintain excellent communication with team members and clients.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed productively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work with multiple monitors (23" minimum recommended).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with real-time dispatch software is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a dispatcher or similar operational support role.
  • Familiarity with tracking software and scheduling systems.
