You are…

A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the digital and social advertising landscape. As the Midwest Director of Brand Partnerships, reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be a vital part of Better Collective’s sales and client services teams. Your role will involve working closely with the BCUS Production and Social departments to drive and expand business opportunities, ensuring the achievement of key revenue benchmarks. Your ability to cultivate and scale new and existing partnerships, along with your keen sense of commercial viability, will be critical to your success in this role.

  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop strategic partnerships and new business strategy across Better Collective’s Network- PlaymakerHQ, Action Network, The Nation Network..

  • Prospect, pitch and negotiate new business brand deals across Better Collective social and content platforms.

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing clients

  • Leverage a network of contacts within the industry to develop new business opportunities.

  • Play a critical role in business planning and forecasting to influence near and long-term business strategy.
