Your mission
As an ML engineer, you will be part of a leading and fast-paced scientific team, tasked to develop innovative algorithms to solve unexplored radiological diagnostics problems. This means that you are experienced with the latest ML/DL techniques in medical image processing (and computer vision), can think out-of-the-box, have the abilities to understand the biology of various pathologies, the physics of different signal-acquisition modalities (CT, MRI, etc.), and to undertake R&D tasks independently and passionately.
The goal is to push beyond the boundaries of the typically researched medical problems, and build state-of-the-art intellectual property for Floy. These will be formulated as robust algorithms with verifiable performances, that you will also be responsible for deploying in actual clinical centres (therefore, you will be able to witness the impact of your contributions on improving the lives of real people). Patents and publications in leading conferences/journals are also expected.
