Lithia & Driveway | Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting an assigned region and/or business group’s recruiting and reporting needs. This is an entry level recruiting position with significant opportunities for candidate interactions through sourcing, screening, and LAD recruiting events. Additional key responsibilities include recruitment data accuracy, stakeholder communication, and conducting candidate reference checks.

Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge by reviewing resumes, facilitating phone and face-to-face interviews, and conducting reference checks to evaluate skill level in relation to position requirements.
  • Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and enter candidate information into the CRM in addition to ensuring tracking information is regularly documented including applicant status, unmatched referral maintenance, updates throughout each phase of the process, and thorough notes to ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure utilization of talent resources by running reports related to cost center auditing, aged job requisitions, Indeed utilization, and ROI.
  • Assist with the pulling of reports as requested by the recruiting team using the through various systems; ATS, Sales Force, Workday, Indeed, and others.
  • Conduct reference checks by verifying Candidate employment information, reviewing letters of recommendation, and contacting the provided professional and/or personal contacts.
  • Assist in organizing recruiting events by building and managing relationships, registering for events, arranging travel logistics, and developing customized content to engage prospective candidates and foster candidate relations.
  • Post ads on job boards, reviewing for accuracy. Monitor recruiting advertising spend and report to Recruiting Manager.
  • Assist with scheduling and travel needs for candidates as needed.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role, and/or recruiting experience, is a plus
