Job description

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Reporting and Analytics Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday reporting. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to develop and manage complex reports, provide insightful analytics, and ensure seamless integration and management of EID systems within Workday.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Report Development: Lead the creation, customization, and optimization of complex reports and dashboards within Workday to address business needs and drive strategic decisions.

Data Analytics: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret Workday data, generate meaningful insights, and support business operations and strategy.

Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Workday reporting and analytics, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.

EID System Support: Oversee the integration and maintenance of Employee ID systems within Workday, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.

Data Governance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of employee ID data within Workday, adhering to regulatory and organizational policies.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to gather reporting requirements, provide expert advice, and deliver tailored reporting solutions.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Workday reporting and analytics, with a strong background in developing and managing complex reports and dashboards.

EID Systems: Demonstrated experience with Employee ID systems and their integration within HRIS platforms, particularly Workday.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Workday’s reporting tools, calculated fields, and data sources. Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday People Analytics, and other relevant tools is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, generate insights, and present findings clearly.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing and resolving reporting issues.
