Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High School Degree or equivalent required, 1-3 years Customer Service experience required, Call Center experience preferred, Employee benefits administration and/or FMLA administration a plus, Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key responsabilities:
- Administer and adjust FMLA and other leaves as mandated
- Handle high volume of incoming calls professionally
- Provide efficient follow-up by phone and email
- Communicate clearly with callers and identify their needs
- Maintain documentation of leaves in the database
