Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High School or equivalent required, 1-3 years Customer Service experience required, Call Center experience preferred, Employee benefits administration and/or FMLA experience is a plus, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key responsabilities:
- Administer Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and related leaves
- Handle high volume incoming calls professionally
- Provide follow-up via phone and email on leave requests
- Communicate clearly while educating customers on leave options
- Maintain accurate documentation in the proprietary database
