Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Degree or equivalent required, 1-3 years Customer Service experience required, Call Center experience preferred, Employee benefits administration and/or FMLA administration a plus, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Administer Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and company leaves
- Handle high volume of incoming calls professionally
- Maintain accurate documentation of leaves in database
- Provide clear communication and follow-up with callers
- Engage in ongoing education around laws and policies
