Lead Data Analyst to help execute our vision: empowering our clinical teams with software products that help them provide comprehensive services in ways that truly work best for our members.
The role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Lead Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and mentor our data analytics team, work on advanced data projects, and help shape the future of healthcare through data-driven insights.
What you will do:
- Lead and Develop: Guide and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation
- Data Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to handle our continuously growing healthcare data from diverse sources
- Advanced Analytics: Utilize your deep knowledge of data analytics and machine learning (ML) to build predictive models that assist our counselors and providers in risk assessment, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Visualization & Reporting: Work closely with business and clinical stakeholders to develop impactful visualizations and dashboards using Tableau that provide actionable insights for decision support
- Innovation & Strategy: Collaborate with engineering and clinical leadership to identify new opportunities for data-driven enhancements of our unique care model and lead initiatives to implement these innovations
You are a good fit if you have:
- Experience: 7+ years in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior analyst role
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data intelligence platforms such as Databricks, Tableau, and related data visualization tools. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with ML frameworks
- Healthcare Knowledge: Experience working with healthcare data and an understanding of value-based care models is highly preferred
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and pragmatic analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
This position is remote (work from home) with expectation of attending team meetings a few times per quarter.
Candidates must reside in one of the following states: NY, NJ, MA, VT.
Work from home requirements:
- Must have internet service with minimum upload/download ability
- Company will provide equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse and headset) plus a remote work stipend
- Must have a quiet space to speak to members with minimal background noise
- Must understand the importance of protected health information and ensure any data/information is not visible to others
This is a full-time, exempt position. The starting salary range for this position is
$111,700 - $165,700 annually + equity + benefits. The final compensation package is influenced by various factors such as experience, education, degrees earned, market data, and business requirements.
