Job description

Who we are:

At Better Life Partners, we provide what it takes to heal from addiction. Wherever. Whenever.

We focus on bringing high quality, accessible and value-based effective tech-enabled care to those with Addiction Disorders, especially those in communities for whom traditional care has been found lacking. We provide evidence-based, scalable, holistic healthcare while working alongside community-based organizations to ensure that our care is accessible, non-punitive and responsive to our communities. We build trusted relationships and healing spaces to nourish Belonging, Love, and Purpose.

Better Life Partners is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digital Solutions to help shape and execute our vision: empowering our clinical teams with software products that help them provide comprehensive services in ways that truly work best for our members.

The Role:

Your Impact: As the Senior Product Manager, Digital Solutions, you'll be at the forefront of driving our vision to empower our in-house clinical teams with cutting-edge software systems. These systems are more than just tools—they're the foundation for delivering comprehensive, life-changing services to our members. You'll lead high-impact initiatives, mentor a growing team of product managers, and ensure that our digital solutions not only meet but exceed the needs of those we serve.

What you will do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute product strategies that align with our mission, working closely with our Heads of Product and Engineering to build a roadmap for our proprietary healthcare platform.
  • Feature Prioritization: Balance business objectives with user needs, defining and prioritizing features and innovation opportunities that will make a real difference.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to ensure seamless product delivery, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with partners, internal users, and other stakeholders to gather insights and drive product enhancements.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and develop product managers, nurturing the next generation of product leaders.
  • Training & Documentation: Lead training sessions and create resources to onboard new users and support our growing user base.
  • Process Optimization: Enhance our software development lifecycle (SDLC) to boost team efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Market Insight: Conduct advanced market research and competitive analysis to inform our strategic decisions.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Optimize our helpdesk and customer service processes to ensure top-notch support for our users.

You are a good fit if you have:

  • Experience: 5-7+ years as a Product Manager with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives.
  • Strategic Thinker: Exceptional analytical abilities with a knack for strategic planning.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead complex projects across multiple teams.
  • User-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of user needs, with the ability to conduct research and translate findings into actionable product features.
  • Technical Acumen: Experience with Agile Software Development and healthcare products is a big plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; an advanced degree or background in a technical field is a bonus.

Why Join Us?

  • Remote Flexibility: This is a full-time, remote position with only 5-10% travel required to our sites in NJ, MA, or VT.
  • Meaningful Work: Be part of a mission-driven team making a tangible difference in the lives of underserved individuals.
