In this role, you will:

  • Lead Key Client Engagements:
  • Build trusted relationships with client leadership and other influential individuals within the client organization and across multiple existing client engagements
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the client's business, situation, and desired outcomes
  • Determine how to drive the engagement forward and realize the client’s objectives
  • Successfully navigate the team through the project, managing client needs and expectations throughout the engagement

  • Work with the National SAA Service Offering Leads to:
  • Provide deliverables and examples of SAA methodologies and tools
  • Develop case studies, blogs, and articles
  • Leverage best practices, lessons learned and emerging SAA trends to develop actionable roadmaps that will allow the client to implement SAA capability improvements in accordance with desired outcomes

Who You Are:

  • Subject matter expert with deep expertise in two or more of the following areas: strategy, organization design, business architecture, process excellence, digital or business transformation, change leadership or related disciplines
  • Only looking for W2T (project employee), 1099, or Corp-to-Corp consultant partnership with Centric
  • Prior experience across transformational programs and change projects, project delivery, project team leadership, and business development
  • Highly collaborative by nature and works effectively with clients, business development, and the Centric Team
  • Working to be recognized outside the company for their expertise
  • Creating unmatched experiences, for both clients and employees, is what we do. You should revel in doing the unexpected and extraordinary for others.
  • Consulting experience is required, and management consulting experience preferred.
