Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of solution architecture and development, from conception to implementation and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including development, account management, and executive leadership—to refine solution offerings, enhancing both productivity and profitability.
• Advocate for strategic solutions, aiding sales and proposal teams during the product launch process.
• Engage in solution selling initiatives, ensuring that marketing strategies are aligned with sales and launch goals.
• Provide strategic direction throughout the solution development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Convert customer needs into actionable operational strategies, delivering timely and cost-effective solutions.
• Research and analyze industry trends to propose relevant upgrades and solutions, adapting to shifting business needs.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions related to business development, ensuring coherence in solution delivery and execution.
• Assist in managing solution profitability, preparing financial models, and tracking financial performance to meet short- and long-term objectives.
  
  

Required Skills

• Over 12 years of experience in systems architecture, design, and software development, ideally within health and human services.
• Expertise in cloud software development (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) employing Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC) methodologies.
• Proficient in web programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Ruby, or Java), with a preference for C# .NET.
• Familiar with client-side frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies, Git/Gitflow for code management, and databases like PostgreSQL or SQLServer, alongside real-time data streaming and document data stores (Redis, MongoDB).

• A minimum of 12 years in software engineering and solution architecture, preferably in health and human services.
