Responsibilities

  • Become a client champion: Assess diverse needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and supervise therapy implementation.
  • Empower your team: Provide ongoing support, training, and mentorship to BCaBAs and RBT candidates.
  • Make data-driven decisions: Track progress, analyze results, and adjust treatment plans to ensure success.
  • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with families and community providers to create a holistic support system.
