Job Overview

As the Enterprise Strategy Consulting Director, you will spearhead intricate, enterprise-wide projects and initiatives while collaborating across various business units to tackle both established and emerging challenges. This role requires a blend of independent work and partnership with business leaders to define and execute strategic initiatives that nurture innovation and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to departmental leaders, assisting in the formulation and enhancement of strategic plans.
• Take a leading role in shaping and driving significant corporate strategies and innovation initiatives that contribute to both immediate and long-term objectives.
• Develop and convey corporate-level strategies and innovation opportunities to senior executives, focusing on new business prospects and competitive positioning.
• Lead market research initiatives to identify growth prospects and establish performance measures that align with desired business outcomes.
• Construct complex financial and investment models, conduct ROI analyses, and provide thought leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with executives and team members, engage in constructive dialogue, and oversee project advancement by defining and reporting on key metrics.
• Facilitate large cross-functional meetings to align strategic directives and offer continuous improvement coaching and mentorship to team members.

• Salary Range: \(128,730 to \)220,608.
