Job Overview

We are seeking a highly collaborative and strategic Talent Consultant to become a pivotal member of our Human Resources team. In this role, you will engage with a dynamic group dedicated to developing innovative talent acquisition strategies and attracting elite candidates for critical leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to engage passive candidates in a competitive landscape.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, evaluation, interview scheduling, and logistical coordination.
  • Offer expert advice and coaching to hiring leaders and selection committees on recruitment best practices.
  • Proactively cultivate relationships with top talent through networking and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and provide training resources on effective hiring and talent acquisition methodologies.
  • Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter to create and execute outreach strategies aimed at a broad audience.
  • Collaborate with campus partners to manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview plans.
  • Lead or participate in broader talent acquisition projects to enhance the overall recruitment process.
  • Actively promote our employer brand through information sessions and participation in relevant events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Preferred qualifications include a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with experience in higher education, coaching, public speaking, project management, or customer service.
