As a Lead Management Consultant, you will collaborate closely with leadership to implement and enhance existing and future lead lifecycle processes. Your keen attention to detail, combined with a proactive mindset, will be essential in overseeing daily lead operations that propel growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate mastery in various lead types within the organization.
  • Gain proficiency in utilizing Salesforce Dataloader and other relevant technologies.
  • Independently troubleshoot challenges, resolving them promptly or escalating as needed.
  • Consistently manage daily and weekly tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Employ tools such as Excel to maintain an up-to-date registry of representatives eligible for lead assignments.
  • Develop and refine reports to effectively detail assigned leads.
  • Deliver proactive lifecycle reporting to stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, and business leadership.
  • Act as a liaison among the Advisory team, stakeholders, and diverse departments, including systems and product development.

Required Skills

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or an equivalent field of experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial or sales analysis, ideally within sales operations or finance.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SFA/CRM administration.
  • Basic understanding of SQL coding or a willingness to learn.
  • A strong grasp of data warehousing and business intelligence tools is advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • A documented history of driving process enhancements and delivering results.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a self-starting mindset and capacity to operate independently.
  • A collaborative nature, enabling effective cross-functional interactions with Sales, IT, and Finance teams.
  • Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple projects effectively.
