• Cultivate best practices across the organization by establishing and disseminating auditing and assurance protocols.
• Mentor and guide audit team members, facilitating their professional development and successful task completion.
• Review audit workpapers for compliance with both firm standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.
• Manage client relationships proactively, building and sustaining strong partnerships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Present audit findings and assurance results to clients and stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
