About The Role

We are looking for a Production Designer to enhance our digital curriculum offerings. In this contract position (up to 4 months), you will collaborate closely with designers, product owners, developers, and curriculum experts to create engaging and thoughtful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging digital curriculum content for teacher and student experiences.
• Collaborate with the Design and Product teams to define features and shape the overall product direction.
• Leverage competitor insights, user research, and testing to create designs and rapid prototypes for user testing.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and finalization of digital deliverables.
• Efficiently manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment from concept to completion.
• Identify potential challenges and propose solutions proactively.
• Work with brand and product style guides, ensuring creative continuity across various formats.
• Implement feedback and revisions quickly and accurately.
• Manage multiple active projects and meet tight deadlines with ease.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in production design.
• Bachelor's degree or associate degree in design (or equivalent certification).
• Expertise in Figma, InVision, and other prototyping software.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, design, typography, and production.
• Experience in applying design direction and making layout revisions.
• Ability to expand upon and maintain visual and brand systems.
• Familiarity with fast-paced digital processes and workflow.
• Experience creating low-fidelity mockups for review.
• A keen eye for organization, especially with file naming conventions and server structures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in visual design within the education technology space or a related field.
• Passion for contributing to the future of education.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  
  

Compensation

This contract role offers an hourly rate of \(45-\)50.
