Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-focused care through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care across various environments.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical prescriptions.
  • Monitor vital signs and document patients' progress and responses to treatment.
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Engage with healthcare teams to facilitate coordinated care and timely communication regarding patient status.
  • Adapt to new protocols and settings efficiently, ensuring quality care across different patient populations and healthcare units.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation in line with facility regulations and safety protocols.

Required Skills

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license applicable to your practice state.
  • A minimum of one to two years of experience in acute care or specialty nursing areas.
  • Relevant certifications, such as BLS or ACLS, as required by the clinical environment.
  • Flexibility to travel for Travel RN roles or accommodate varied shifts as a PRN RN.

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • RN license in your state of assignment or possession of a Compact License.
  • Proficiency in English.
